How we got here
Fifteen years in the MAkINg.
Rocket-X started in a bedroom in 2009. No big office, no big backers, just a genuine love of creativity and detail, and a willingness to put in the work.
The early years were print, merchandise and shell scheme graphics. Not glamorous, but it taught us precision, reliability and what it actually takes to build something that holds up. Those lessons never left us.
From there, we grew into designing and building award-winning, fully custom exhibition stands for some of the biggest names on the show floor. Today, we’re still family-run, and we’re trusted for more than just exhibition stand design and build. We now also work as a design and build partner for event organisers, agencies, brands and fellow stand builders, with work spanning brand activations, full-scale event production, retail and showrooms, and custom joinery. Everything we create today is built with the same care that defined the first jobs we ever did.

We’re based in Grantham, right in the heart of Lincolnshire, and we’ve never treated that as a limit. The workshop’s here, the designers are here, the whole team is here, but the stands we build turn up on show floors across the UK and further afield. Local roots don’t mean local thinking.
