Event production.
Big builds, one team. Stages, feature areas and full event structures designed, made & installed in-house. Planned to the hour, whatever the scale.

Built to run without a hitch. Because it has to.
Full-scale event production, design and build in-house. Conferences, festivals, private celebrations, corporate showcases. One team, start to finish, so nothing gets lost between the plan and the event itself.
The occasion
One shot. Every detail has to land.
An event doesn’t get a second attempt. The stage has to be ready, the structure has to hold, the lighting has to work the first time it’s switched on, because there’s no reshoot once the guests are in the room.
We design and build every event in-house, as one process, one team, so the plan that gets signed off is the event that actually happens.
What we build
Built for the occasion, not a template.
A festival stage and a private celebration aren’t solving the same brief, and neither should get the same generic build. Here’s what we actually produce, and what each one is built to do.
Conference & corporate event builds.
Staging, branded environments and breakout spaces built to run to a strict schedule without a hitch, because a stalled changeover in front of 500 delegates isn’t an option.
Festival & outdoor structures.
Built to stand up to weather, footfall and long hours, temporary structures that need to survive a full weekend, not just look good on day one.
Private & celebration events.
Built around the occasion, not a package. Weddings, milestone celebrations and private parties, produced with the same craft and attention as a corporate build.
Technical production.
Lighting, staging and structural elements built to work together on the night, coordinated by the same team who designed the space, not handed off to a separate AV supplier at the last minute.
How we work
From brief to build to debrief.
One team. One standard. From the first conversation to the final review.
Who you'll work with
The same team, from sketch to final applause.
We design and build your event ourselves, in-house, bringing in trusted specialists only where a project genuinely needs them, and staying your point of contact throughout either way. Not a designer, a structural contractor, a technical crew and a separate install team, four companies who’ve never sat in the same planning meeting. When something changes two weeks out, and it always does, you’re speaking to the person who’s been on it from day one.
The compression
Is your build partner confirmed yet?
If the answer’s no and your event date’s fixed, the time left to do the structural work properly, staging, technical integration, the parts that can’t be rushed, is already shorter than it was yesterday.
Tell us the occasion and the date, we’ll give you a straight answer on whether there’s still room to build it right.
Built responsibly
Good for your brand. Good for the PlANeT.
Every build starts with a material choice that thinks past the night itself. We use FSC- and PEFC-certified timber wherever we can, and design structural elements to be reused across future events rather than skipped after one outing. Sustainability isn’t a material list, it’s not starting from scratch every time.
FAQS
Design, structural build, staging and technical production, all handled in-house from first concept to final dismantle. You get one team responsible for the whole build, not separate suppliers for structure, lighting and install who've never worked from the same brief.
As soon as you've got a date and venue confirmed. Structural and technical elements take longer to plan properly than most people expect, so the earlier we're in the conversation, the less the schedule has to be compressed to hit your date.
Yes. Outdoor and festival structures are built to handle weather, footfall and long hours across a full weekend. Indoor and conference builds are designed around venue constraints and a tighter schedule. The materials and approach differ, the in-house process doesn't.
Yes. Lighting, staging and structural elements are coordinated by the same team who designed the space, rather than handed to a separate AV supplier partway through. That's what keeps the build and the technical side actually working together on the night.
It depends on scale, venue and technical requirements, so we won't quote a false range here. Every quote reflects your actual brief, agreed before work starts so nothing gets discovered halfway through planning.
