Sustainability.

Because your customers are paying attention too. Reuse first, FSC and PEFC timber, and a net zero commitment we report on.

Built responsibly

Built to last.

We build with reuse in mind from the start. That means fewer one-use builds, less waste, and exhibition stands designed to work harder over time. We use FSC and PEFC certified timber wherever possible and make smarter material choices at every stage. Because sustainability should be built in, not added on.

Our target

Net zero by 2050.

We’re working towards net zero across our supply chain, production and logistics by 2050. That means cutting carbon at the source first, through smarter sourcing, less waste and fewer miles, and treating offsetting as a last resort, not a shortcut. It’s one part of a wider action plan we track and review as we go.

How we build responsibly

Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.

01

Reduce.

We cut waste at the source. Going digital wherever we can, running active sustainability projects, and planning logistics that generate as little waste as possible before anything’s even built.

02

Reuse.

Every build has a next life. Our recirculating system means handcrafted components move from project to project, not from project to skip. Good design shouldn’t be disposable.

03

Recycle.

Responsible end of life. Surplus timber goes to local woodworking community groups. When materials reach the end of their useful life, our disposal partners sort them for recycling.

Working with you

Good for your brand. Good for the PlANeT.

We work with companies who want their stand to do more than look good. We’ll talk you through your stand’s environmental footprint from the start, so your sustainability goals are part of the brief, not an afterthought. One show a year or ten, we help you make an impact without costing the earth.

What it means for the build

The detail behind the promise.

FSC & PEFC certified timber.

All structural timber, ply, OSB and cork specified to FSC or PEFC certification as standard.

Modular by design.

Elements can be refurbished, reconfigured or replaced without disposing of the whole stand at the end of its design life.

Efficient logistics.

Smart packing, optimised routing, consolidated loads. The kind of planning that sounds unglamorous but makes a real difference.

Fewer one-use builds.

Structural elements are hired, not built new for every show. The same frames and components go from project to project instead of project to skip.

Our reforestation work

Growing something back.

Every tree is planted by local communities, for local communities, restoring landscapes and creating real jobs alongside the environmental impact. Here’s what our builds have helped grow so far.

150+

trees planted

1,001m²

land reforested

16.4 tonnes

CO₂ absorbed across the trees’ lifetime

Tree planting

The bigger the build, the more we plant.

Every stand plants trees with Treeapp, restoring forest in Tanzania’s western Usambara Mountains, your tier is set by your project, and you can always  plant more.

Sapling.

FAQs.

FSC and PEFC certified timber, PVC-free fabric graphics, and a modular build method designed for reuse, not disposal. Components re-enter our system after every show instead of going to a skip.

Yes. We're accredited to Tier 5 of the ESSA Sustainability Standard, the industry benchmark for event suppliers.

We're working towards net zero by 2050, cutting carbon across sourcing, production and logistics first and offsetting only what's genuinely unavoidable.

Not necessarily. Reused components and modular builds cut material costs over time, so a sustainable exhibition stand can work out cheaper across multiple shows than a disposable one-off build.

Yes. Reuse is about the frame and structure underneath, not the finish. The visible parts of your stand such as graphics, branding, and layout are built around your brief every time.

Through the reduce, reuse, recycle approach at every stage: digital planning to cut paper waste, a recirculating component system, and responsible disposal partnerships for anything genuinely at end of life.

UK-based suppliers as standard. Shorter supply chains mean lower emissions and faster turnaround.

Yes. We plant a tree for every stand we build through our planting partner, restoring forest in Tanzania, and you can choose to plant more. Closer to home, we give surplus timber to a local Men’s Shed woodworking group, join litter picks with South Kesteven District Council and take part in Grantham RiverCare every month.
