Full-colour graphics across every wall, printed solvent-free. You’ll see 3D visuals of your finished stand before a single graphic goes to print.

LED lighting built into the structure, a 50″ wall-mounted screen with the cabling hidden, and a double socket with 500W of power.

A dedicated project manager from booking to breakdown, plus transport, installation and dismantle. You don’t need to worry about a thing.

Every READY stand runs on our sustainable hire system. The backbone come back to our workshop after every show and goes out again, so nothing is built new just to be thrown away. We use FSC and PEFC certified timber wherever we can.

A space only stand is floor space booked without a structure from the organiser, just a marked area with no walls, flooring or lighting. You’re responsible for the whole build, which gives you full design freedom. READY is built for exactly this kind of plot.
READY is our turnkey hire package for space only stands. It uses a reusable modular backbone in one of three configurations, finished with your graphics, lighting and branding. Your project manager handles 3D visuals, fabrication, delivery, installation and breakdown, then debriefs with you.
READY starts from £8,995, with three configurations at £8,995, £10,995 and £12,995. Each includes the structure, a reception counter, a furniture pack, graphics, LED lighting, a 50-inch screen, power and full project management. Extras are priced separately.
It’s a custom finish on a reusable structure. The backbone is modular, and everything visitors see, from graphics and branding to lighting and layout, is designed around you. If your brief needs a structure we haven’t built before or any bespoke elements, CUSTOM is the better fit.
It depends on your plot and how much presence you want. Corner and island plots suit different configurations, and each one scales up in what’s included. Tell us your show and plot size and we’ll recommend the right fit before you commit.
If you’ve got print-ready artwork, we lay it out across your stand as part of the package. If you need graphics designed from scratch, that’s our optional graphic design package, priced separately and only added if you need it. You see them in 3D before anything’s printed.
As soon as your floor space is confirmed. That gives time for design sign-off, printing and the technical submissions most venues need before build week, and it protects your slot in our production schedule.
