If you’re an event organiser rather than an exhibitor, we also work as a build partner across the whole show floor, managing exhibitor stands, feature areas and sponsor activations under one team. Tell us about your show and we’ll talk you through what that partnership actually looks like.

It's built in, not separate. Every stand gets one dedicated project manager, based in-house at our Grantham workshop alongside design and build, running things from first brief through to on-site installation.
Because a design that never gets delivered on time or built to plan isn't a design that worked. Project management is what turns a signed-off concept into a stand that's actually standing on the show floor, doing its job, not one still stuck in transit or half-assembled when doors open.
It's not priced separately. Project management is included in the LITE, READY and CUSTOM prices, so you're never billed for it as an extra.
Yes, as standard. Loading times, build schedules, what a specific hall will and won't allow, we handle the practical side at each venue. For compliance requirements tied to a particular venue or country, your project manager will have them for the show you're actually working towards.
Yes, it's the same job. One project manager owns transport, storage between shows and on-site build for your stand, from first brief to final breakdown.
