The handling

Every stage of a custom build, concept, 3D visualisation, workshop fabrication, installation and breakdown, is run by the same dedicated project manager, not handed between departments as the project moves forward. You get one person who’s been there since the first conversation, still there for the final debrief, not a new face at every stage of a longer, more complex build.
The data & insights
Know what happened on the floor, not just how it felt.
Heat mapping and sensors built into the stand show exactly how visitors move through it and where they drop off. That’s information you can act on, then we sit down and go through it together once it’s over, not a guess you compare notes on afterwards.
Most exhibitors leave with photos. You can leave with a map of what worked, and us across the table to make sense of it.

Every CUSTOM stand starts from your brief, not a template, so the design is built around your brand, your objectives and your space specifically. What you get on the floor is yours.
It starts with your brief, covering what you need the stand to do, your space and your objectives. From there we develop a concept, move through 3D visualisation, then into workshop fabrication, installation and breakdown once the show ends, one dedicated project manager running that whole sequence for you. Once the show's over we debrief with you, and if heat mapping was built into your stand, we review that data together so you know what worked and what to change next time.
Yes. Every stand goes through 3D visualisation before fabrication starts, so you can see exactly what you're getting and ask for changes while it's still a drawing, not once it's in the workshop.
Cost depends on size, materials and the complexity of your brief, so there's no fixed price or minimum spend. A bespoke design tends to make sense once your brief needs something our packages can't deliver. Tell us your budget and we'll give you a straight answer on whether CUSTOM's the right fit or another tier would serve you better.
Your quote covers design, fabrication, delivery, on-site installation and breakdown. Storage between shows is arranged separately, so what you're paying for at quote stage stays clear.
Turnaround depends on the scale of the design, but custom builds need longer lead times because of concept, 3D visualisation, and workshop fabrication. Booking as soon as your floor space is confirmed protects your slot in the production schedule and gives us more time to design something really special.
Yes. Structural elements are hired as part of our model, while bespoke crafted pieces are yours to keep, or we can arrange storage for you, ready to bring back and refresh for your next show. Either way nothing's rebuilt from scratch each time, so your investment works across multiple events rather than just one.
Yes. We work at venues across the UK, including ExCeL London, the NEC Birmingham, Manchester Central, and SEC Glasgow, as well as for shows internationally.
