A complete turnkey hire package, designed, built and installed by the same in-house team from booking to breakdown. Crafted with care and includes everything you need to make an impact for one fixed price.
Structure & furniture.
Available in three adaptable configurations, with a branded reception counter and lockable storage built in. Furniture pack included — either a high table or meeting table setup.
Graphics & lighting.
Eco-friendly full-colour graphics across every wall, printed solvent-free, with LED lighting built into the structure to make them work under show hall light.
Screens & power.
A 50-inch wall-mounted screen with the cabling hidden, plus a wall-mounted double socket and 500W power supplied.
Managed, start to finish.
A dedicated project manager from booking to breakdown, 3D visuals of your finished stand before a single graphic goes to print, plus transport, installation and dismantle.

A space only stand is a floor space booked without a structure provided by the organiser, just a marked area with no walls, flooring or lighting included. You're responsible for the whole build, which gives you full design freedom, and it's the plot type our READY stands are built for.
READY is our turnkey hire package for space only stands, available in multiple configurations and designed to adapt to your plot. You book your stand and send us your show details, stand size, configuration and artwork, then our designers create your layout. Your project manager shows you 3D visuals before anything's printed, manages fabrication, delivery, installation and breakdown, and debriefs with you once the show's over.
From £8,995, it covers walling, graphics, lighting, a screen and full project management, all for one fixed price. It's available in multiple configurations and fits to your space, with power included as standard. Optional upgrades are priced separately and added only if you choose them.
It depends on your space and how much presence you want on the floor. Corner and island layouts suit different stand sizes, and each configuration scales up in what's included. If you need extras like a hanging banner, storeroom, additional screens or furniture beyond your chosen configuration, your project manager will flag what's possible before you commit to changes. Tell us your space and show and we'll recommend the right fit.
If you've got print-ready artwork, we'll lay it out across your stand as part of the package. If you need graphics designed from scratch, that's covered by our optional graphic design pack, priced separately and only added if you need it.
Yes. We work at venues across the UK, including ExCeL London, the NEC Birmingham, Manchester Central, and SEC Glasgow, as well as for shows internationally.
Book as soon as your floor space is confirmed by the organiser. That gives enough time for design sign-off, printing, and the technical submissions most venues require before build week, and it protects your slot in our production schedule.
Yes. Our stands are built from FSC and PEFC-certified components designed to be dismantled, stored, and rebuilt at a different show. This makes hire more cost-effective across multiple events than commissioning a new stand every time you exhibit.
