Everything from initial brief and 3D visualisation through to fabrication, transport, delivery, on-site installation, and breakdown. A dedicated project manager oversees the build end to end, including structural safety certification and rigging approvals where the design needs them, and custom elements are stored afterwards so they can be reused at future shows.
Yes. Every stand goes through 3D visualisation before we build anything, so you know exactly what you're getting and can ask for changes while it's still just a drawing.
Yes. One team, joiners, designers and project managers, all under one roof. No subcontractors. The people who design your stand are the same people who build it, from first concept to final dismantle.
It's a hire model. Packages and structural elements are hired, which keeps your costs down and cuts waste. Anything custom-crafted for your brand is yours to keep, or we'll store it and bring it back out for your next show.
It depends on size and complexity. A shell scheme refresh can turn around in weeks, while a full custom stand needs longer for design, joinery and finishing. The earlier you come to us, the more options you've got.
Shell scheme and modular builds start from £2,995, hybrid custom starts from £8,995, and full bespoke stands are quoted to your brief with no upper limit. Tell us your show and budget, and we'll give you a clear, honest quote with no surprises later.
We're based in Lincolnshire and build stands for shows across the UK, at venues like ExCeL London, the NEC and Manchester Central, and internationally, including Berlin and Paris.
