UKREiiF, the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum, takes over the Royal Armouries and New Dock in Leeds every May. More than 16,000 delegates attend over three days, including investors, developers, occupiers and 275+ councils, with 1,250+ speakers across 60+ stages and 150+ fringe events around the city.
This isn’t a show people wander round. Delegates pay to attend, arrive with packed diaries and come to meet the people who fund, build and approve the UK’s biggest projects. Around £300bn of opportunities are on the table, and many exhibitors are regions and councils pitching places, not products.
Your stand or pavilion here is a meeting venue, a stage and a pitch for your place or portfolio, all in one. Both shell scheme and space only plots are available, from small presences to large pavilions. Working with contractors who know how UKREiiF runs stops being optional.

UKREiiF isn’t one hall. It spreads across the Royal Armouries Museum, New Dock Hall and venues around Leeds Dock, with delegates moving between stages all day. Where your stand sits in that flow, and how it’s built for the space, matters as much as how it looks.
Stages, halls and fringe venues are spread across the Royal Armouries site and Leeds Dock. Know which zone you’re in and where delegates walk between sessions.
New Dock Hall has 5.8m ceilings with multiple suspension points. We design structures and hanging signs to fit the space, not the other way round.
Deliveries go through a shared service yard and loading bay doors on a compact site. We plan delivery times with the organiser so your build isn’t stuck in a queue.
Power, internet and furniture are ordered through the organiser, and late orders usually cost more. We spec and order them with your stand.
Thousands of hotel rooms go to UKREiiF delegates. Book your team’s accommodation as early as you can. We do the same for our crew.
Leeds station is under a mile away and free shuttles run at peak times. Parking at New Dock fills fast, so plan your team’s travel in advance.
