The Barcode Warehouse builds the tech that keeps retail, logistics and healthcare businesses running: handheld devices, barcode scanning, warehouse management systems. Good products. A hard story to tell in 90 seconds on a show floor.
We didn’t try to shrink that story. We built a stand that gave it room to be told properly.

The Barcode Warehouse is one of the UK’s leading names in enterprise mobility and warehouse tech, working across retail, logistics, healthcare and supply chain. They help businesses see what’s happening on their shop floor and warehouse floor in real time, and act on it. It’s practical technology, and the stand needed to feel just as practical: no jargon, no gimmicks, just a clear path to a conversation.
You don’t win a technical audience by talking louder. You win them by making the space itself do the explaining.
So we kept the layout open. Clean lines, strong branding, one clear route in rather than a wall of screens to decode. Product touchpoints and engagement zones were placed with a purpose: guide people through the story without ever feeling like they’re being steered. Every visitor’s path felt like their own choice, even though we’d mapped it in advance.
That’s the craft in a stand like this. Nobody notices the planning. They just notice it works.

What actually held the conversations up, day to day:
None of this is flashy. It’s the kind of detail that decides whether a stand gets remembered or just gets walked past.
Two days. Here’s what it added up to:
Day 2 told the sharpest story. Fewer visitors came through, but conversion climbed to 44%, and dwell time held near 16 minutes. Smaller crowd, stronger conversations.
Fifteen minutes on a stand at a retail tech show is a long time. That’s not a number people give away for free. It means the layout was doing its job before a single team member said a word: two-thirds of visitors walked straight into the zone we’d built for them, no signage needed, no redirecting.
Day 2’s numbers are the real proof. When the footfall dropped, conversion went up. That’s not a coincidence, and it’s not luck. It’s what happens when a stand is built to hold attention rather than just collect it.
We’re proud of that. It’s the part worth stamping our name on. Ready to build yours? Tell us about your show.
Tell us about your next show. We’ll show you what being noticed looks like.
