Aimbridge EMEA comes to IHIF to meet the investors and owners shaping the future of hospitality, in a room full of some of the biggest names in the industry. Their space is just 3 × 2m, but the stand had to feel every bit as premium as the hotels they run.
We built a CUSTOM stand that feels like stepping into a boutique hotel lobby. An angled canopy edged in LED light slopes overhead, with trailing ivy and downlights, framing a panelled back wall with a backlit Aimbridge logo and a framed screen between two warm wall lamps. The counter is the detail people remember, timber with half-moon beading and a stone-effect top, lit from beneath. Wire bar stools, a high table and a dark stone-effect floor carrying the logo finish it off.
The same stand has now been used at IHIF three years running, rebuilt identically on its modular timber elements each time. It won Best Stand Build under 10 sqm at the ESSA Awards 2025, and Aimbridge has already booked it again for 2027.
